Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders by the next working day. In some cases, order processing may take up to 48 hours.

Delivery Timelines:

• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: Delivery within 5 working days

• Other Locations (Rest of India): Delivery within 7 working days

Please note that delivery is subject to serviceability in your pincode or location. If you’re unsure about delivery availability in your area, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Shipping Process Updates:

You’ll receive real-time updates at each stage of your order — from placement, processing, ready-to-ship, dispatch, and final delivery.

Shipping Details:

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• In rare situations, dispatch may take up to 3 working days due to high order volume or product availability.

• We use trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.

• While we strive for timely delivery, please allow a potential delay of 0–2 additional days due to courier workload or unforeseen circumstances.

• We try to ship all items in one order together, though certain items may ship separately based on availability or product type.

Invoices & Tax Compliance:

All shipments are accompanied by a tax invoice mentioning the applicable product prices, in compliance with Indian tax regulations.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the order to the courier company within 3 working days of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery schedule.
